anyone know where I can find the full orginal thread, surely someone saved it and put it into pdf right?

I know this isn't what you asked and it's not directed at you personally, but IMHO all someone needs is David Preston's first post. The rest of the thread will take you hours or days to wade through and there's lots of repetition and crap mixed in with the occasional good advice.

A lot of people seem to be obsessed with this lost thread like it's a holy grail -- it's just another way to waste time and put off actually taking action and going out and talking to business owners.

Ken, I know what you are saying. I have tried some other offline methods and failed so far. I wanted to read the entire long thread to get some more ideas. Im not trying to put it off or dream, instead I just want to make sure im doing it right.

I had another long chat on skype with someone about exactly this stuff again today - I think I might write a free report about this and put it in my sig so that we don't have to keep going over it.

Right - I didn't realise he was a troll. I just took a look at all the threads he's started and yeah - they're pretty much all from some negative angle. A lesson learned. Thanks

If you need help getting started on the right path then all you need is Maria Gudelis's "Make $50,000..." WSO that's currently running right now.

If you have it, great! If not, it's the best $5 you'll ever spend on a WSO.
