I am very disappointed and friggin pissed off with the service and integrity of this company...I purchased whiteboard service for $109.00 - 8 days ago...Asked that I may speak with Amit on skype...to discuss my vision and ideas...was told he would ping me once he got out of a meeting...this was last Thursday...still have not heard from him...after email sent, still nothing...totally ignored my requests...Have my money...no service???

After being screwed around by another WF service provider for not delivering quality product, will not mention names as I was told that in order to get my money back I could not review there service here on WF or any where else, I now have another...Not one, but 2 BS artist on WF in less than 2 weeks...

Both have a long list of testimonials and "great" reviews...but, cant or wont engage and deliver what they claim...This is stressful and frustrating to me and my clients...I have had excellent service here from a number of warriors in the past...The integrity of WF is at stake here...

Perhaps this will get your attention ED or Amit?

I have just seen the other negative post - before mine...

Amit / Ed - YOU HAVE 12 HOURS TO RESPOND - I WILL ASK FOR PAYPAL REFUND....

I am not the only one complaining about this...I do believe that this needs to be looked into by WF moderators...seems there are a few scammers and bullshitters advertising here...

    I'm going to chime in with my personal experience from dealing with people from the forum but it usually takes anywhere from several days to even weeks to hear back from most people because either people don't check their e-mails on a daily basis or literally have such a hectic schedule that communication is impossible.

    Regarding your particular issue, I would be frustrated as I've been in that boat where I paid for services and people just never responded. The first step as you have done is to try to personally contact them and take it up with them because the moderators don't really like to get involved in these types of situations because there's far too much "he said, she said" that goes on behind the scenes.

    Honestly though, I've pretty much come accustomed to not hearing from people that add me off of here for work done for days on end. I've met two people that respond within the same day and seem to be in a hurry to get their stuff done, but the majority of people I meet will literally take days or weeks to respond which is stupid.

    Gather up all the information you can on the thread and present it to PayPal because they don't like handling virtual item disputes and if he decides to give them a call stating that it was a virtual item, there might not be much you can do unless you paid with a credit card or through your bank. In that case, you can charge back through your bank and then there's nothing he can do.

    4. Do not post complaining about specific people, guru or newbie. We're not the Internet police and we can't do anything about it. And we don't have a clue if the complaint is even valid. Most of them turn out not to be. So, the claim that you're just trying to "alert our fellow Warriors to this problem" most often means nothing. Even when that's your sincere intent, which isn't usually the case.

      I agree with the last part of your statement. Sick Paypal on them! If you are selling a WSO on the forum I think it should be mandatory that you visit every day, if not a couple of times per day, to check your sales and emails. Totally unprofessional.

      You're basically calling this guy a liar...As a fellow Warrior and a War Room Member, I appreciate the heads up warning to a possible "scam" taking place. This allows me to approach the seller with the complaint of the OP and take it up with him personally to see his viewpoint and why he has charged the buyer and disappeared off the face of the earth with his money.

        Yes, take it up with him personally, not in the main discussion forum. That's what being able to respond in the providers thread is for. We can't allow this type of stuff to be in the main forum.

        No member here can do anything about it. Only the provider and a mod can. No point in posting this here.
