Membership site/Email Marketing Opt in Review site - Please critique

I have a membership type site in adwords where I am looking to get people to sign up to be a free member..... In this way, I suppose it is very similar to trying to get people to opt in.

I would like a few people to critique my site - without me sharing the details here.

    Quick note, make sure adwords will allow you to place an ad for a membership site. I am not sure about the answer. Just to be safe, make sure they allow it.
