Found something pretty cool on lifehacker today I wanted to share with you.

It's a new service called Sivi.


Sivi: Your Personal Concierge

Sivi answers questions, does research and digs up any kind of information you might need. It's not free. It'll cost you $5 per question you wanna ask.

US based researchers.

Basically it's like Fiverr but for research and information.

So. What cool things can we do with this as internet marketers?

I'm thinking niche research, demographic info on customers, heck even research for products you're creating!

    I'd be very curious to see how effective that would be at market research. Accurate market research requires either big volume to get a baseline, or in-depth knowledge to get very narrow, but very targeted results.

    If the data that is returned is generic, or worse totally incorrect, that would spell disaster for a person basing business decisions on that data. On the other hand, if that data is targeted and accurate, then it is a great time and cost saver.

    I have no project with such needs right now, or I might give it a test, just to see how it goes. Maybe I could ask them to do market research on something where I already know the data, and then I could compare the results.
