Strategy for outsourcing Social Bookmarking

My website has a large article archive consisting of many topics ranging from general interest (exercise, weight loss, yoga) to specialized niches (alternative medicine, Acupuncture, dream interpretation).

I have read alot about how people have used socialmarker.com to drive traffic and am planning on having my outsourced team submitting each article in each topic using it. Has anyone tried a strategy like this before? Is it a waste of time? If not, should i start with the general interest categories or niche topics?
