How accurate is Estibot?

I realize you can only sell for what someone is willing to pay. But I put in a few of my website names at estibot. It gave me a price of several hundred for some which it said was for the domain name only not a website with traffic.
I am just wondering how accurate it is.

you can use it when you go to sell the site and refer to it.
