Tips For Video Sales Letter

I'd like to create a video sales letter for a product that I think would be perfect for using that technique.

I'd appreciate hearing any tips or suggestions on the content of a video sales letter. Technically, I can create pretty much anything so that's not the issue. I'm really interested in learning more about what to include in the video and ways to increase conversion.

Also, I've searched but haven't found any WSOs featuring video sales letters (other than a couple for actually producing the video which I'm not interested in). If anybody knows of a good WSO with the type of information I'm looking for I'd appreciate that as well.

Thanks!

Make sure it loads fast when someone visits the page, make the first 20 seconds entertaining and interesting, and make sure you deliver a message full of value. Consider yourself on TV and you only have 1 chance to catch the scanning viewer who has the remote. Keep this mindset in mind.

It has to be long and split up into "pieces" or mini stories, this creates microcommitments. And eventually they find themselves watching the whole hour video without knowing it. Make sure your telling a story. The Google Sniper 2.0 Video and the G+ Pwnage Video from Peng Joon are two good examples.

I would recommend researching a few video sales letters in your niche (if there are any available) or otherwise look at some in the IM niche. Watch how the content is structured and when certain sales items are introduced (eg.guarantee, bonus, scarcity, etc.)

Komsat has 2 great examples but just go to clickbank and look at products with a high gravity, mobile monopoly is another one.

Thanks for the examples. I've seen numerous people claim that the best approach is to basically narrate your sales letter with headlines and quotes displayed in the video - but nothing fancy.
