I appear to have a link from the BBC! CPanel Experts, am I reading this right?

Just went to look at my " links from an external page" in Cpanel for my How I lost Weight blog this morning and I appear to have picked up a link from the BBC . Can this be right? It just has the main bbc.co.uk web page . If it is right I will be sooo happy. But how do you find where they have mentioned you on the website? I'm a relative newbie at all this so stand to be corrected.

    That does seem to implie that someone had clicked from the bbc website to yours....if there is not a lot of traffic it could be someone has placed your URL in a comment in a low traffic article. Have you checked the site?
