WP Plugin: Autoblogging related to location?

Hi There,

I have a question: I came across a powerful plugin (Covert Geo Targeter) the other day which shows the visitor exactly the location from where his computer is located (based on IP I think) and you can localize your pages and ads and so on.

But when Google indexes this pages there will always be "Mountain View, California" ... Now I thought: what if there is a Wordpress plugin which creates immediately a new page based on the location of the visitor. And this page can stay there and after a while I can look into the statistics and I can decide if I will push this page further with LSEO (local SEO)

Does anyone of you know such a plugin?

    What do you mean on "a Wordpress plugin which creates immediately a new page based on the location of the visitor"? It's easy to make the plugin which knows the visitor's location (there are few ways to do it such as GeoIP, system locale etc), but how exactly if should create a new page? Say there are 3 visitors from Germany, Italy and France. What pages have to be generated for them?
