dating niche sales video conversions?

Ok so I have been working on a product for about a year now and finished my ebook based on dating advice for women on how men work. Recently I decided to aim for a launch of my site by jan, 1st.

Here are a few things my site will be based around and what I will be offering.
- 4 different Sales vids with me speaking at the beginning and then to a power point presentation with video testimonials. ( 1 per week for split testing)
- I am offering an e-book and a 12 step dvd video course membership site.
- I am offering a ton of free material from inside of the member ship site.

I just finished the majority of the graphics for the site and sales vid. The site is in the process of being built so that testing can be done before the launch date.

Now this will be my first real launch and I am aiming for success or at the very least to get back what i put into it.
I am going to be using google, yahoo, bing and pof ppc for traffic for the testing. After that I will concentrate on driving traffic from my blog about dating.

My questions are....
What kind of conversions do sales vids in that style normally get on average in this niche?
What kind of pricing should I be looking to get for the initial sale and membership? I was thinking $47 for product and $17 a month for member ship.

I have also noticed that sales vid pages do not have opt in boxes on them so where is the best place to collect for my list?
