Am losting money within my clickbank account

What is this happening here i just check my clickbank account and when i check Transaction Search i see that $349.13 was missing and i check for refund but there was not one made someone please tell me what is wrong there please or what should i look for?

First you should read carefully their terms of service and see if it has something that concerns your account.

after you've read them and found nothing(maybe?), you contact their support and wait ages for them to respond(it's annoying)
