I would suggest - setting up a quick website using adult CPA offers - simple single page here (directory like but make it more like a pictorial display (tumblr, pinterest like)

Search forums for adult question threads - post away with link to your domain / website sales offer.

Also - try flipping the package of sites. There's always someone interested in this type of niche and you made it very easy for them to get into it.

Unless you know how to monetize, I guess you would better let them expire. Because, if you renew and still don't monetize then you will end up losing the additional renewal money.
