Free Survey That Re-Directs Depending On Answers Given

Hey guys,

I've tried Googling it to no avail.

I'm looking for a plugin for WordPress or an online survey, where depending on the answer a person has given on a multiple choice survey, they will be redirected to a related page.

I'm looking for something free, I know surveymonkeys paid version has this option.

Why do you need them? Do you want to earn some money by advertising these ads or do you need it just to make it look like an answer to show to your visitors in order to redirect them to its answer-post given by you?

just go and pay the penny for the surveymonkey since you're going to profit from using it.

Wufoo can do this and I'm pretty sure it's enabled in the free version. You're just limited on the amount of forms you can have.
