If You Need More YouTube Traffic, Do This...

I was thinking today how truly amazing YouTube Traffic is.

I think it is the only thing that is really free as far as traffic goes.

And the recent changes on YouTube [Hiding the video tags] makes it about 1,000 times easier for anyone who does a bit of research.

A Few Pointers for Those Wanting More YouTube Traffic:

- - Use a Searched For Title
- - Choose the Best Tags for That 'Specific' Video
- - Use Lots of Human Faces [I like Fotolia.com]
- - Write a LONG LSI Description and
- - Include Your URL in the Beginning of the Description
- - Don't forget to have a specific incentive and call to action and mention it more than
once in the video.

Hope this helps someone :-)

The only thing you'll regret if you get serious about YouTube is that you didn't start earlier!

Sure - until recently, you could see the different keyword tags people were using in their video listings.

YouTube have now removed the ability to 'Spy' on your competition quite so easily. They have also increased the Description size to 5,000 characters.

Th implications this has for those who:

      1. Research their topic well [Thus choosing the right tags for each video]
      2. Spend some time and effort into writing a decent, compelling, engaging description

Are... in a word - Awesome!
