I need some help on Business Directory..

Hello fellow Warriors,

We are starting a business directory site for Philippines..

Problems:
1. Do you guys think we should already implement paid business listing for our Open beta?
2. How do we start our advertisement locally? or Internet Base?
3. Best press release "Geo targeted"?
4. Is it good? high search volume but low competition keywords?

    1. I wouldn't advice you for paid listing for a start. Maybe in the future once your directory grows and becomes well reputed there.

    2. I would suggest you everything Internet based.

    3. Get a professional PR written and submit to top PR submission sites.

    4. Go for both. High search volume and low search volume, mix your keyword report with both of it.

    Thanks for the reply -Vidpes... one more problem is that we don't have any idea how to start a campaign online.. We can customize sites.. but we don't know how to market it..

    If you are still in beta, offer your listings for free, that way you will first grow your directory and attract businesses. Eventually, you can add a paid feature for those who want to have more online exposure.
