Can it be possible that they have a unique setup that could cause potential hiccups retrieving emails from your phone?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

What is the problem you're having? Am I correct to understand you "cannot" receive email on your mobile device? If that's the case, have you contacted their support? Are you getting error massages/bounce backs??

On the iPhone there is a function called "push" and when it is enabled, it keeps the connection to our server open and continually checks mail. This creates many IMAP processes and can eventually cause it to hit your hosting company's limit. That's different for different company's and of course that feature isn't just on the iPhone. I would get in touch with GoDaddy to see exactly what's causing the issue on their end, the server logs should tell them.

I would like to help, but your question is not clear enough.
    Can you rephrase it?

Your mail settings are not correct. It's either not authenticating or you're using the wrong username syntax with the wrong protocol. You need to contact their support.
