Blog idea and your advice

As long as you know what you are talking about and write original content that others want to read, sure! Go for it.

You'll probably have a lot of people chime in here telling you a variety of things you should do or should not do, but I always think it's best to simply go with what you WANT to do. Go with your gut and get busy.

Yes, I know there are a lot of make money online blogs and websites out there. I just thought another one out there wouldnt hurt. I would write about ways to make money on pinterest, twitter, facebook, etc etc etc. There is so many ways to make money. i just want to create a place where people can find good articles about it.

Go for it and send me the blog link when you set it online If there are too many people blogging on the similar niche, then you already have a strong prospect to promote your blog across.

I dont do coding. I am not good with that stuff. i use wordpress already made themes and just do some banner customization and stuff.

I say go for it. I like a challenge and you sound like you do too. I have a blog in a VERY saturated niche and I got an alexa of 60k or less in less than 1.5 months. Still barely two months old.

Wow, thats impressive. I am not that good. Not even close. i am not the greatest at getting traffic back to my blog. I was thinking of starting an email list.

I suggest you start your MMO blog about your journey in this cruel online niche. That would be transparent which is what this industry needs more and it would allow you to look back at your past to see what you were doing and how you progressed. Could help you actually make it online.

Be creative, write epic shit, always be transparent and definitely build a list. My list makes me more money than anything I do online. I am a big time affiliate and really crush it on W+ and JVZoo as well as click bank and NeverBlue

Either the dude can't make money with their blogging efforts and they are pure bitter or they worry about competition. Either scenario is heavy on their own impending doom.

I myself hope everyone makes it in one way or the other. If I can make it .. anyone can. If someone else makes it .. that means there is still hope.

Just remember to target an audience that is below your expertise level. Or would that be below your level of expertise? Either way lol.

People will come to you if you show them you know more than they do about certain things. There is no reason not to go for it if you have something to say that someone else wants to hear.

The MMO niche is doing nothing but growing .. grow with it.

There is nothing wrong with choosing a huge Market such as make money online but try to get deep into a micro niche so you are perhaps writing to Women Olympic Athletes Who Want To Make Money online Post Olympics.

Take some time time to see where you can add most value before jumping in.

Take at look at Pat Flynns blog and maybe set yourself up like he did. He has a start here guide and shows you how and what he earns every month.

Try to map out what and when you will do things because time absolutely flies and you dont want to waste your precious time.

Indeed! Even though it is a niche a big percentage of Internet Marketers target if you are creative, give it some thought and think of a way to provide valuable information in a very unique way then you will be able to achieve exactly what you want.

I would recommend you to first learn how to make money yourself in some niche, then start promoting your story on how you made money with that product in your blog.

The problem with this is you'll be learning while teaching which opens the way for failures and burn out... Trust me I've been there..

I think it's a huge mistake.

I'm sorry if I sound like a dream crusher or a troll. I just see so much people doing this that aren't making money.

I also think the people recommending you do this are in fact the dream crushers, because they're encouraging you to waste months of your life.

If you already have a successful blog outwith IM then I will change my mind and say go for it.

I would say go for it. Since you know that it is not a very small niche, that also means that there is a lot of demand otherwise this niche wouldn't have developed as it has done. It also means you will have to compete a lot to get your visitors. Try putting interesting posts that readers can relate to and implement them.

Online money making is a kind of niche which is almost saturated and become very very competitive. I am not telling that you should not blog about this niche, but it will make you work very hard to get traffic in this niche.

You have to differentiate your blog from all other MMO blogs, otherwise you'll have no benefit over others... there are really a lot of good and old ones in that niche, and it will be very hard to get traffic to you new blog without anything special...

Just make sure you know what you are doing. Create a quality blog with a nice hook, like IncomeDiary - there are enough spammy blogs out there with affiliate links all over the place. Just looking at them makes me weep.

Everyone who is trying to make a living online, needs a blog about doing that. Period. You need that blog, because you are going to be talking on forums, chatting with people, sending emails, etc, so it is something you are already passionate about trying, and there are millions of things to learn from, and then document what you learn by sharing it on your blog or teaching it directly there.

Yes, you should do this. No, it should NOT be expected to make you a lot of money, it should only be expected to be your place of documenting your stuff, a bridge to help you get networking with more people in the industry, and a place to every now and then get some referral sign ups or ad clicks. Other than that - don't expect too much, but do expect it to be appreciated if you do it with quality, in at the very least the communities you participate in.

Is it your main site? No. Is it worth it? yes. Because while I say what I say here, you never know what can happen for YOU until you try. =)
