I can suggest ways of finding them, if that helps?

First, you can scour the quality article directories looking for articles on your subject or on related subjects, and find out where else they've been published. (That's easy: just paste a ten-word chunk of them into Google, between inverted commas, and you'll get a list of sites where the article's been published. Check the supplemental index as well as the main index). Then you can approach the WebMasters of all those sites and offer them an article. What you have there is effectively a list of people who are already known to accept and re-publish articles.

Secondly, search in Google for blogs/sites that look "possible" and write to their WebMasters in the same way.
