How do you send out newsletters with Aweber?

I am having a little brain freeze and can't figure out how you send Newsletters with Aweber. I want to send monthly newsletters for my business. So I created a form on Aweber to get leads and I entered it on my site...

So it reads:
To get free newsletters every month opt-in here...

So, if I post November's newsletter in the follow up message then if someone was to join in December, then they would receive November and December.

If I broadcast then everyone on list gets the newsletter, but what if they already have it for that month they will receive again.

How do you add a newsletter opt-in form on your site, that only gives subscriber the current month and all the months after that?

I would call Aweber customer service. They are very helpful with any questions you may have. I had the exact same question and they walked me through it.

you could remove them from your follow up sequence, and just broadcast email on the first of the month? Or..If it is november you mail on the 1st now say someone joins on the 15th edit your follow up sequence to have november's edition as day 0 or 1 then when december comes Broadcast Decembers edition on the 1st and then go change your day 0 or 1 to Decembers edition. this would only take a couple minutes to do if u had it pre-written

Create separate autoresponder lists. Fill one autoresponder up with November content, and setup another autoresponder with December content. And etc.

Randall is right, you simply create a list for all of your newsletter subscribers and create an autoresponder series specifically intended for them.

You should separate the subscribers list by monthly so you can send separate mail to different list.
Or you can set auto responder mail to the subscriber list which mean whoever new subscribe to the list they will receive the newsletter you set in autoresponder.
