Ermm ... WarriorForum -> Warriors for hire?

Also, finding the right people is not that hard, keeping them interested is. You have to pay them well, give them bonuses and basicly go the extra mile.

Of course it's paid.. $20 per posting, and $20 per bumping (when it reaches page 3). Does it matter? If you showcase your skills well, you'll have plenty of business and recurring customers, so it's a drop in the bucket.

I would say Freelancer.com

You will find 100's of people. If you are looking for reliable guys then Freelancer review system keeps a record of all reviews received by all workers.

Just make sure that you choose the one with better Stars.

I second this. I've used Freelancer for about 5 years (before it was Freelancer it was GetAFreelancer)

Just make sure that you are extremely clear in the job description.

Just a reality check - I have just had two very bad experiences with freelancers, one on the Freelancer platform.

I went with very clear requirements around some Wordpress work I needed done, picked a contractor that had 5 stars and lots of good feedback - he demanded 40% of the total fee to be released up-front (don't make that mistake) and turned out to be totally unqualified for the project...even though I never paid him the remaining 60%, he still walked away with my 40% and there is no way I an review him because the project was never finished...don't always believe the ratings.

I have been using ODesk for about a year ! I favor workers from the Philippines & India!
Can't beat the prices ! I use people that I train that way it is much cheaper !

I think if it's forums your looking for then this is the best place. Check out the warriors for hire section. There are a couple of outsourcing sites that you might be interested in too: OutsourceFactor, oDesk and Fiverr. Definitely my top 3

If you take time to find the right people to join your team, it will be a really big advantage for you in the long run. Yes, it may be difficult but maybe you just need to know where to look.

I would say Warrior Forum is the best.

Next would be something like freelancer.com but you did say forum, so maybe something like Digital Point. (be careful about quality there though)

I think here in warrior forum, there is a bunch of good SEO and web designers. Find quality workers is not a problem as long as you know how to assess their work and dig their background and accomplishments.

Every forum that put's it self out there as a forum for outsourcing has it's good and bad points, I feel the best thing to do is ask a lot of questions to make sure that this person know's what there doing.

As for design, why not check out fiverr.com first, that is if you are on low budget. You can design simple task like website/blog header design, ebook cover. There is no design for Wordpress though. As for SEO, you will find better SEOers if they participate actively in the SEO section of this forum. I already hire some SEOers in the WSO/service section but most of them are crap.

To get the expert freelancer, you should see the previous work history & feedback of the Freelancer before hiring. When you will see the previous work report, you will get an average idea, how expert the freelancer is? Then if you think the freelancer is fit for your work, then you can hire him.
