Looking for a Twitter and Facebook Design service

I have just had a conversation with one of our news partners who told me our Twitter page was awful and our Facebook page is even worse - he's right - they completely suck.

Can anyone recommend a design and implementation service that is reasonably priced and do good work?

    i suggest to try fiverr.com they have some pretty good designers..just look carefully...and for 5 bucks it cant get better then that!
