Developing a line of products. What do I do?

I'm currently developing an extensive line of products for increasing creativity and innovation in artists, businesses, marketers, etc. These will probably be audio programs that range from either 60 minutes to 15+ hours (I'm not sure how in-depth people will want). There's also the option of writing an eBook, but that takes much longer. I've been doing 5+ hour seminars for years and getting rave reviews, so I know the products would be well received.

I have a few questions:

First, if you have a product that is very general, yet can be universally applied to so many different fields/careers/areas of life is it best to break them into different product niches are should I create one or two giant products? Should I be keeping in mind the price point when developing the actual products (i.e. develop a product that will be $99) or just create a high quality product and determine what the price should be when I'm done?

Second, should I use a joint venture to market it? Or should I outsource the SEO so that I rank first page for these products and then keep all the profits? What are the pros & cons? Or should I find a warrior to email blast this to their list and split profits and reinvest those short-term profits to develop my store myself. I don't have experience marketing products, nor am I really excited about list building, etc. I would much rather spend my time making high quality products and working on the offline company (selling live creativity & innovation seminars/webinars to business and individuals, consulting, & creativity coaching).

Third, should I make a WSO for the product first? From what I've seen it's a great way to develop a TON of testimonials in a short time. There are practically no WSO or CB products that teach creativity. This is either good or bad. Good because there's an opening, bad because it might be such a broad field that people aren't willing to invest in it (i.e. "more general knowledge"). The WSOs I've found are very specific and to the point: "Here's what will happen" while creativity is all about exploring the unknown (implying very ambiguous results). Is this topic something Warriors are interested in?

Lastly, working as a creativity teacher over the past few years I've noticed that people are very hesitant to invest in just "creativity" because that term is very ambiguous to them. They don't understand just how much their life would change for the better if they incorporated creativity into their lives. Have any of you ever sold a product that might appear to be ambiguous? If so, how did you overcome it?

you have to decide you would put quality first or price first. take apple for example, for them quality is most important and key for their success.

a serious business would never joint venture with a marketing company, they would rather hire. Just my opinion.
