Need help in formal proposal to portal marketing manager!
Hi Warriors,
I need to put forth a formal proposal to a portal marketing manager and would appreciate some input from warriors!
For the site
Infocomm Singapore Portal
1) How would you manage the portal to increase traffic?
2) What innovative ideas, services, contents, etc would you like to introduce?
3) How would you revamp the portal to create a more efficient portal, and at the same time maximizing the commercial opportunities?
Main assessment pointers for the marketing plan would be the level out of box creativity and innovation of ideas you can come up with and value-add.
The Main FOCUS would be on creativity and increasing traffic.
