How to embed videos to your blogs?

Hi guys,

A quick update here.

If you like a video that you want embed to your blog but don't know how? Fred not. It is real easy.

You don't have to be technical know how or have any video knowledge to do it.

Okay, when you see a video you like to embed to your blog, check on the bottom right hand, copy the embed code for the video and paste it to your blog post and publish it. Make sure you select html before you copy the code to your blog post.

    This only works if you are on a video sharing site like YouTube or if the embed code is provided. Sometimes sites use object tags instead of embed. Sometimes, sites use custom players.

    Sometimes copying the object or embed code works to let you paste the video on to your site. But, sometimes there are other files that provide the player functionality. If the site is using a custom player, then you may have to install a custom player like Flowplayer on your side to play the video.

    Overall, if you stick to the sharing sites, you can (for the most part) just copy and paste embed codes. But to really be able to embed any video you see, you might need your own player.

    I use this site vimeo.com or YouTube and copy embed code

    I create Jing movies to MP4. Then I encode with On2 Flix Pro to FLV. Then I upload and embed in Wordpress using the Hana FLV plugin.

    The results absolutely kill any embed option available from free providers.
