i am looking to know what strategies i should use to get traffic and sales to my site?


what are the other ways other than these below

adwords /telecalling/social bookmarking/pr/articles/video marketing/social media/affiliate /paid traffic

      You've got the fundamentals laid out which should produce a healthy amount of traffic when fully utilized. The only thing I don't see is networking. Getting connected with people in your niche and finding potential partners is crucial for long term success. Perhaps not in every case but still quite powerful.

      my product is a mobile app service
      the niche i have chosen is hotels and restaurants

      the app service killer feature is that
      it allows the dine in and take away customers
      of the hotels and restaurants to order food and
      pay by paypal,google checkout or credit/debit card or cash

      i plan to embed a flash mobile app player which allows
      my customers to see my creations inside the website.

      is this a good feature?

      and what other niches will be good for my type of business

      I think you should create a fanpage to bring awareness about your product. You can then drive traffic to your page with fb ppc and then funnel that traffic onto your email list where you can market the product and others to your subscribers.

    If you want to get instant results from your efforts, I would go with paid media like pay per click, paid solo ads, etc....

    With free advertising, it is a slower process.
