Best continuity opt-in

Hey guys,

Figured I would get to the dedicated users by posting on a Saturday evening.

I was wondering what you all thought was the best continuity opt in around.

I'm creating a website with a front end offer, and I would like to make the continuity program optional. I was looking around for ideas to see how other successful people did and I'm coming up empty.

Specifically, I'm wondering what the best way to design and code it is.

Does anyone have any examples or links of someone else who is doing a continuity program that is optional at check out?

Thanks in advance

Membership site is your best continuity solution.
I can't recommend anybody really, but Richard Legg is active lately, promoting his 100k for giving away freebies program.
    Google him.

I agree. Use a membership program. I suggest Optimize Press and S2 member.

The program I'm working on is for a physical product. Most of my sales will come from my front end offer, which is also a physical product. My front end is something that can only be used once. I finally found an add-on that could be replenished every month and I would like to offer it as an option.

I feel like I recall some **** or some Dating Products that had an option continuity opt-in but I can't recall them.
