Hey guys. I'm one of those dudes who has 10,000 ideas, and I'm pretty interested in marketing. I have got an idea for getting some affiliate sales which I think is pretty strong, and I want to really make an effort at this one project. I suppose you could call it an elaborate landing page. But here's the hitch: this idea only really works with the big launches. It wouldn't do so well with clickbank etc. But for somebody unproven, just getting into these affiliate programs, knowing about the launches ahead of time, etc. is pretty hard. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get in the door on some of these? |

I recently got into a "by request only" JV launch by request...LOL. I literally asked and got in. However, I didn't just say "hey can I be a JV partner?". I constructed a slightly more detailed and personal email. To get into these closed door JV programs, the product owner needs to be aware of you. You can get in if you're a nobody (like I am), but what I mean is that you have to establish some kind of rapport with the product owner. This works for asking them to be your JVs as well, but it would be beneficial to have bought their products before and achieved some measure of success with it or to prove yourself that you're a massive action taker and that you will actually follow through with your promotional efforts. Nothing would annoy them more to have a bunch of "unproven" people request entrance into the JV program only to deadbeat. Curtis |
