Would CJ have a problem if I send all the leads from my own IP? Basically i have a relationship inside CJ with a resume market company and they are looking for leads to sell their resume to. I have a database and wanted to submit select candidates from it, would CJ redflag me if it's from same IP address? I want to have control of process which is why I am doing it

I have a database and wanted to submit select candidates from it,
So you want to get paid for names you already have, that you "submit" as legitimate signups? Is that right?

If so, I think you won't be a CJ affiliate for long.

I have a database of names with phone numbers. The advertiser within CJ gets paid by purchases of resume services. They pay me per lead. I want to have full control of process. I don't think advertiser cares frankly, they just want names and phone numbers. But does CJ care?

Are These people on your email list also?

I personally would Not take the chance Did you try contacting the company directly and asking them if this is ok?

I did. The company itself is fine with it, but it's CJ, that Im concerned with. I cannot find anything in their TOS that this is illegal but I just want to make sure.

just to clarify, I am not trying to run a fast one. The advertiser within CJ is looking for leads, and they will pay me for those. They want viable names and phone numbers (which I am willing to give to them and they are 100% legit). I just want to skip a step and control the process whereby I enter thos eleads into their database using my CJ link.

As long as they accept the leads the CJ advertiser wouldn't have a problem and they will pay. BUT will CJ view this as fraud? Even though it's obviously not.

Why don't you just sell the leads directly to the company and bypass CJ entirely?
