Default Does anyone know how to get in touch with warrior ndcole78

I am trying to get in touch with Nicholas Cole from No Limit Copy!

I have emailed him, pm'ed him and posted in his most recent thread that I have pm'ed him but have not heard back!

If somebody knows of his whereabouts perhaps you could let him know or if you have other contact details for him I'd appreciate any help!

Thanks

Pete

You will be lucky to get any response from him either email or PM if you are asking about your sales copy from his membership.

He comes on the forum - I think he takes on a very heavy
volume of work persoanlly with the NoLimitCopy membership site.

There was another thread similar in the copywriting forum
and he did show up and address the issue.

Good luck getting onto him...

I have emailed and PM's him several times
and still dont get anything.

Several of my clients have had the same
issues with him and we have given up. Its
pointless. The guy is a ghost.

Take Care,

I got a response saying that he was "working on my letter this week" and that was 10 days ago. It's a great concept and I would have loved for it to have worked out, but if I have to pay monthly for a membership, it would be nice to get at least one sales letter out of it.

Anyone know of any other program out there like this that works?

I paid for a sales letter from him some time ago, I thought it was good and was happy sending him a glowing testimonial (which he uses) then I placed a multiple order for other letters and after receiving a second one back I realized they were all very "cookie cutter".

I googled elements of the letter and found dozens with VERY similar word for word elements (if I'd have wanted non-unique work, I'd have used software).

Needless to say I wish I could take back the positive review I gave of his services and get back the money I paid to him for the letters (he's failed to deliver and even respond on multiple occasions). So I gave up a long time ago.

I'm not looking for anything from him, just maybe to let people know of my experience so maybe they can use better judgement when considering purchasing.

Hi Doug,

I love your enthusiasm and positive attitude.

I truly hope that Nicholas Cole is able to turn things around and make good on his promises.

If he does make good on his promises that would mean that he would deliver saleletters he has promised to me since October 2008.

All The Best,

Tony

Russ Reynolds is running a WSO at the moment but it is limited to 20 members I think! http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...r-machine.html

That's the nutshell, but in his own words, here's the email he sent:
Thats good news Doug! hope it's true.

But what about ex members still waiting?

However Nicholas informed me the other day that he had sold the site 'No Limit Copy'. But the whois records show otherwise and the No Limit Copy order page still works with payment going to mastered manuscripts! Perhaps he was just joking with me!

So come on Nicholas, why not make a post here to re-assure your current and ex members that everything is ok and that they will get their sales letters or their money back!?

I hope this answers you guys questions:

The membership completely burned me out. It was a good idea in my mind, but for unlimited copy, it overwhelmed me, which is why I sold the membership site. I did tell Peterj this in confidence and told him that due to legal issues I was not at liberty to discuss it until the transition was complete, which is why the order button still has my company name on it. There is a process that you have to go through like transferring domains, and a whole bunch of other stuff, which takes time.

I felt that I would rather loose the membership site rather than my rep. I'll go back to just offering copy per letter like everyone else does. The writers that I trained will still be writing the copy for the site.

This was an idea that sounded good in my mind, but after a while I got completely overwhelemed, writing sometimes up to 5 letters in a day and still was behind on copy, which stressed me completely out because even though I was working hard as hell, some members were not getting their letters back as fast as they wanted them. I was writing 5 letters a day while most good copywriters anywhere near my skill level can't write 1-2 letters in a month.

Now a few of you that posted know exactly why you have not and will not be receiving any letters and will not be discussed in a public forum when you already know why you're not getting any letters.

It's true that I'm a good writer, but when you're overworked because I made an offer for "Unlimited" copy, then anyone can see how and why it eventually became too much for me to handle. Heck, just managing the site with unlimited copy is a full-time job--let alone actually writing.

I'll be going back to writing copy per sales letter like any other sane person does. All I can say is that I had an idea that has never ever been done before--it's not working out like I had planned, but at least I was not afraid to try it.

The lesson I learned is, like many other people in business for themselves discovered, this idea was a big mistake on my part, but I'm not too proud to let my ego admit it to myself. My name means more to me than anything, so i make a hard decision to hand the site to someone else and I just go back to doing what I've done all along--write good copy for a select few people.

I think this thread started is against the forum rules..someone pointed me to this thread, so i wanted to set the record straight.

I hope this makes sense to everyone.

Hi Nicholas,

I'm glad to see you respond. I was wondering why my repeated attempts to get in touch with you remained unanswered.

As it seems you have sold the business please send me a refund today. I have sent you my Paypal address via email.

I would not have posted that but after reading your email to Doug there seems to be some contradiction there that needs clarifying plus with what you have said ealrier!. 'Are people going to get their salesletters or not?

Fair enough, but if you refuse to communicate with your customers then it will be discussed in public somewhere. You say we will not be getting any sales letters, so will we be getting a refund? Because I have certainly not had any communication regarding this despite repeated requests!

Hey Tommy,

You are one of the lucky ones. Glad to see that you have received something.

I have recently received a forwarded message from Nicholas in which he attempts to convince whomever the letter is directed to ( perhaps his credit card processor) that he has delivered what he has promised.

I have not received the salesletters or refund that he promised.

Unfortunately, Nicholas's responses to the complaints of nondelivery have simply been excuses. He has not apologized to the people he has taken advantage of.

All The Best,

Tony

Tony, likewise I have received nothing.

I do feel that the only way for Nicholas to salvage what is left of his rep and then start rebuilding it, is to honour all his unfed customers! Otherwise it is just going to follow him around!

Anyway, best of luck!

Hey boys and girls,

I'm sure I'll get flamed for this but here it goes...

This thread should have NEVER been started! Anyway, what's done is done. I do agree that it was wrong for Nicholas to not contact his customers but let's all be realistic here on his offer in general.

I remember his WSO for unlimited sales letters for $97 monthly. Let's be honest here. What the hell did you think you were going to get for a hundred bucks a month? If you thought you'd literally get 4-5 sales letters a month then you're kidding yourself. If anything, you had to realize there may be ghost writers involved. My first thought was "no way is he going to be able to keep up" so this is why I avoided the WSO which, of course, was/became a membership site.

If you got just ONE letter a month you'd be doing pretty damn good. For those of you that got at least one letter a month then you should be happy and it takes a brass set of marbles to expect otherwise. For those that received NOTHING then obviously a refund is in order.

To write a decent sales letter that WILL CONVERT takes anywhere from 8 to 40 plus hours. It's almost impossible to find a copywriter that will write a sales letter in the $300 range (Maybe a WSO). Even so, at $300 you're looking at $25 an hour give or take based on 8 hours. I would NEVER write copy for that price. This is why a halfway decent copywriter is going to be $1,000 plus. Even more as they get experience. Anyway, I suggest you people spend some time in the copywriter forum and get a clue as to what it takes to write a sales letter.

Platinum Matt, be a REALIST here. Did you really expect a unique, custom written, fully researched (in your niche) sales letter for a $100? Come on! It's also not uncommon for copywriters to have "swipe files" so you're going to see duplicate references in Google.

Nicholas, I don't know you and have never been a customer of yours but I felt compelled to respond to this blatant flame that is NOT allowed here. I give you credit for responding here. For starters, if you want to save your credibility here you'll need to refund the people that at least never received any written copy in any calendar month that a membership payment was made.

Thank you in advance for reading my opinion,
Dennis

Dennis,

For starters, there is nothing wrong with the way this thread started. After months of getting no response from Nicholas I am perfectly entitled to ask for help in trying to contact him!

I never expected Nicholas to be writing all of the letters himself. Initially he had a team of writers behind him. But then 1 month or so into the membership I received an email from Nick saying 'I have fired all of my writers because I surveyed some of my members and they said they would prefer that I write all of the copy myself'! (or words to that effect).

Over a 4 month period I submitted 8 sales letter requests (average 2 per month), out of these 8 I received 1.

Repeatedly I have asked for a refund only to be met with a deafening silence from the other end! Thankfully you agree that people should be refunded for undelivered content.

Had there been better (or even some) communications coming from Nicholas I think most of this could have been avoided! Frustration tends to find some means of expression, like a blocked dam overflowing!

Cheers

Pete

Hi Pete,

Based on the assumption you paid your monthly membership for those 4 months or so then you rightfully so deserve a refund as you didn't even receive at least one sales letter a month.

Good luck!

So Nicholas,

It seems that you don't want to communicate privately or in public.

I can only assume by your lack of communication that I and who knows how many others are not going to receive a refund.

Oh well, have it your own way!

Enjoy

To write a good letter, you have to analyze a market, analyze the competition, get into the ideal customer's head, read the product, rip bullet points from it, craft a USP for the product, then write the letter...

A process that takes a lot more time than a few hours!

The truth is if you offer copywriting services for $97, you're working for a lot less than minimum wage.

And that's something no sane person would do.

Anyone can write a letter in a day. Writing a good letter in a day, well... as far as I know, no one can do that (unless it's a product of your own and you are already intimately aquainted with every facet of it and just have to write the actual copy in and of itself... which doesn't take long once you have "mapped out" the copy).

Be realistic guys - copywriting is a skill that takes years to learn and years more to master, and each letter takes a piece of your soul, almost. It's an intense piece of work, no doubt about it - and if you're not careful you WILL burn out.

That's why good copywriters charge at least a couple of grand for a letter... because if they did it for any less, they would kill themselves.

Occasionally you'll find a great copywriter for $100... who will write you a great letter... but their prices will go up very, very quickly... and your odds of finding one are roughly equivalent to winning the lotto.

If you want "rush job" copy (which can take anywhere from a few days to a week for a great job) be expecting to pay fees starting at $5k... and that's on the cheap side.

Sometimes we go for these offers because they sound so good... too good to be true. Unfortunately, they usually ARE.

When you're paying $100 a letter, it's for a reason. maybe the writer doesn't have confidence, or a portfolio, or much experience, or maybe they just can't devote much time to your project. $100 copy can be a great starting point for you, sometimes... Perhaps for PLR projects where you don't really care how well it converts.

But more often than not it just ain't gonna work out.

Now, I don't know how Nicholas is handling refunds, or what his policy was, or anything like that, so I can't comment there. But even if you don't get your money back, chalk it up to a learning experience and try not to make the same mistake twice.

Good pickup yourself!

His offer just seemed too similar to his previous ones, free press release is a bit of a giveaway, order page is similar to his old ones, phone number is a Houston number and he's used the same registrar to register his new site as his old ones. Coincidence? I don't think so!

Not sure what those two are, although they sound military? In the UK, Met is metropolitan police. My ratness is not police or informer related! Just thought I'd clear that one up.

I tried to find answers to your question with Google, but it led to me all sorts of links about Mus Rattus (black rat) being transported from NZ to US and South sea islands by ship. Fail!

As if that wasn't enough of a giveaway, the letters are terrible.

Hell, one example I clicked on a had a spelling mistake (and an obvious one at that) in the goddamn headline.

So much for him 'learning his lesson' and not offering $97 sales letters anymore.

Ah well... the way I look at it it's free advertising for GOOD copywriters... so I guess I shouldn't complain.

I started out in the forum offering $97 sales letters to help build up a portfolio. I had previously worked for several well-known companies (think of well-known brands on TV) as a copywriter but couldn't use their materials for obvious reasons. Since I had no "proof", I had to start somewhere.

Now my price for sales letters starts at $1500. Email autoresponders start at $500. But if you don't at LEAST make that much back - I'll rewrite them free of charge. It's only fair to you. Sad to say that a lot of people who bought ndcole's offer were looking for a $3,000+ sales letter at a $97 price. It just wasn't a feasible business model from the start and there were a lot of unreasonable expectations flying around.

Still - live and learn.. Everybody makes mistakes.

If you weren't one it's unlikely you'd know what it means ... traffic cops in the UK are known as Black Rats. You're right about the Met :-)

Nice catch in his WSO Jeremy! He didn't even have the originality to create a different offer from his old one!

Shame really because I think Nick? produced some good sales letters. Now I don't know who did what?
I guess if you see an offer too good to be true investigate. Trying to think of the Latin emptor something but forgot.

Hello all

Well, I have had the same issue with Mr Nicholas Cole, I could pay in advance (to lock such a good price) for $197 sales letter and 2 press releases $47.

Well all lost because when I wanted to make use of his service, he did act like he did not know me anymore.

So a lot of emails further, I noticed this thread and saw he did this to a lot of other people.

I have taken action!
I have put in a support ticket with paypal. Although they cannot refund me anymore (longer then 45 days back that I paid him) they appreciated that I explained it all.

Paypal asked if there were more people that had the same problem with Mr N. Cole, if they could send in a support ticket too. Although the ticket may be closed immediately, the complaint against Cole would be registered.

In case of enough complaints, an investigation against mr Cole would be started.

as you have seen, he keeps on going, trying to pull others in new wso deals. He needs to be stopped, so others will not have to experience what we experienced.

So for who wants justice, make a dispute for the transactions of Mr Cole where he did not deliver. If we do this all, justice will be served.

I will not stop here though; i will continue with the FBI and the Attorney General. And if that does not help I will continue, with other steps.
