Need help tracking my VA's sales

Hi,

I am planning on hiring VAs to bring sales to my services or products (in the future), but the problem is I'm not sure how to track the sales they make?

I was thinking about creating new landing pages and maybe setting up an affiliate software and putting unique affiliate links on each of the landing pages. That would work if I'm selling from my site.

But, I'm not selling from my site. I am actually selling from a site like fiverr, so how can I track how many sales my VAs made when the sales are made in a 3rd party website?

I'd really appreciate any input I can get.

Thanks.

You can't able to track the conversion of your VA untill fiverr offers such functionality. You can get order from VA's fiverr account and tell him to transfer money to your paypal or create a separate fiverr account to get order from VA's.

So what you are planning to do is to pay your VA's a commission just like you would an affiliate, or a sales person?

I am curious as to why you want to go this route? Is this something that you already negotiated with your VA's?

Why not just pay them an hourly wage? Then simplifies things and you don't have to worry about something like this

If this a CPA-type thing you are doing, assign your VA's sub-ids or make them 2nd tier affiliates. Then you'll be able to track.

If it's not against Fiverr's TOS, I'd open a special "VA" account. You can add multiple email addresses to Paypal. Otherwise, you could try adding a "Please tell us how you heard about us" section to the instructions part of your gig. Not all would fill it out, but it might help a little bit.

Simple fix - sell from your own site with affiliate tracking.

On a "Fiverr like" site you will be paying the site a cut and your "va" a cut too. Doesn't leave much for you. Plus on your own site you are in control. No worries about someone else's policies or TOS.
