Any Amazon eBooks Blocked Recently???

A close friend has been publishing erotic ebooks for over a year now, never had a problem. Suddenly, this month she was dealing with 2 books: One was previously available (without any issues, mind you) and she just made a small tweak and republished it. The other one was brand new. Turns out that both of them are now blocked.

All she got was this incredibly unhelpful message saying those books broke content guidelines. To her knowledge, the books are perfectly fine (no full nudity; no PLR; no offensive content; no incest except step-family-- which is completely acceptable; the books were not under KDP Select and published elsewhere). You name it.

So, considering she's been publishing for over a year without any hiccups, and suddenly now she got not ONE, but TWO blocked (including one previously available)---i can't help but wonder if Amazon is going thru one of their "glitches" or if anyone has experienced this recently. She emailed the helpdesk 2 days ago or so, but we're still waiting for a more official response.

EDIT to add: I was taking a look at their content guidelines, which are notoriously fuzzy, confusing and subjective. One line says:

"Pornography
We don't accept pornography or offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts."

The "offensive" part is fine and understandable, no problem there. But what about the rest of that sentence? Does that mean all 50,000+ erotic works shouldn't be available on their site? Because we all know those books are not PG-rated.
