Need some QUICK advice on selling my free membership site!

Just out of curiosity...

How much could my free Internet marketing membership site sell for?

It has 150+ page of mostly unique content.
2 referral programs. (has the capability of going viral.)
A Facebook page. (could go viral via Facebook)
Has over 200 active members.
And about $300 worth of plugins + OptimizePress theme.

Here is the link to the landing page:

To see the members home click here:

This site can be used to build your email list + affiliate list (thanks to the referral program), market your products, get affiliate commissions for selling other people's products, build relationships with your members... etc etc

Once the members register I use my autoresponder to send them back to site. Where might check out a product review and buy something.

I have never sold a site before. So need some advice from anyone who has.
And yes I want to sell it asap. If you are interested or if you know anyone who will be interested please let me know.

Thanks

Anyone?? Even some guidance would be nice.

Does $5000 sound like a reasonable price...?

Any community site needs time to grow. Im'rs are notoriously slow. But they'll come. I've got one running too. So I speak from experience.

If you can afford it, advertise. Get the word out. They'll come.

Do you have the rights/developer license to sell those ^^^

There are a lot of if's, maybe's and could in your post, buyers look at the bottom line not the potential of future income. Another neg is all your subs are freebie seekers so even though they are on your list, how many of them are going to spend anything?

Based on all the above i don't think you will get anything near $1K never mind 5 times that...

The plugins come with the site.
All you really do is transfer the domain to someone else. Site stays the same really...

I have currently made just over $1000 from affiliate commissions after recently launching the site. It has a massive potential to grow.

I just don't have the money or power to advertise the site.

I think a few hundred bucks. I'd keep it and grow it if I where you.

    A few hundred bucks! :O

No way! I have worked my butt off to get this site up and running.
According to Flippa the site is worth between $4,500 and $7,200.

    Used the https://flippa.com/valuation tool.

I know you are attached to your website and only you know how much work you have put on it, but the buyers have a totally different perspective to it..
You should increase real value of the site by increasing revenue and traffic, and the price will grow..
Recently flippa valuated one of my sites to $405K value, but I know I could sell it for only a few hundred bucks, hardly more.. That's cold true and facts

    Best of luck

      True I know...
But there are two sides of the Flippa valuation. It also showed me the $405k value.

But when you enter the av. number of visitors and revenue per month you get an email with estimated amount that the site is worth.

    Hi Vit1008

It's been mentioned a couple times already, but the value of your site is based on the income, not how many hours you put in. I have sold several websites as well as offline businesses and your business value is based on your bottom line sales over a period of time, generally 2 years. Your site is brand new, has no track record and has only made $1,000 in how many months?

The real value of your site right now is under $1,000. There are so many sites for sale that you'll be lucky to grab $1,000.

    Good luck with your sale.

    Enjoy your day!
    Terry
