Hey Bloggers Do You Use Triber?

I'm starting a new personal blog and came across a site called Triber.com which basically links you with other "like niche" blogs and through sharing posts gain traffic. Anyone use this with any success for traffic?

I just took a look at the site and there is a "Coming Soon" message. Has this even started yet? The concept sounds a little like web rings.
