Email Signup Confimation Question?

Hi,

I have one gmail email address where i receive new enquires and leads each day.

I have joined getresponse recently and would like to automatically send subscription confirmation emails to those people who email me for the first time enquiring abt my product. so that they can signup to my newsletter if interested.

How can i do this? pls help

    Hi Kumar,

    If I understand you correctly, each campaign can only have one email address for this. Feel free to contact our support people, but I'm pretty sure that's the case.

        Hi Kumar,

        Setting up an autoresponder is in your campaign settings page and the default address is "campaign_name@GetResponse.com." You can set it to forward any emails to your gmail address so you will know about questions or comments sent, but you have to use the @GetResponse email for this.
