Should I submit my article's url to google?

Hello,
I have an article I just posted on my website, and I was wondering if it would be wise to submit the url to google, or do I need to since I already submited my site to google? I haven't submited my site to any social bookmarking sites, so I am kind of in the cold as far as backlinks wise. What do you think?

Ping your articles to get them indexed faster... use pingler or something..

you could use bulkping.com, or even google +.
    What about...

    Google Blog Search Ping Service

    Ping-o-Matic!

There's also an intriguing german tool to help get your site ranked quickly on google etc, and create backlinks. do a search for "GSA SEO Indexer"

    Hope the above helps.

    regards

My personal opinion on pinging is that it has not really been effective since 2010. Very old school.
I would rather advise you to set up some kind of social network syndication feed from your blog or website. So when a new post is created it gets linked out to your social pages. Which for obvious reasons, get crawled more often then blogs. This also looks better for your overall site as you are not trying to force feed Search Engines by pinging the hell out of urls.

RSS is a handy and somewhat forgotten tool for creating such syndication feeds. And if you work on it. You can make a really nice loop of links across almost every high PR social network platform.

Best of luck with your business and website.

That is not only unnecessary but also a waste of time.

The highest you should do is ping them, that too isn't necessary rather focus on building back links daily and let it index naturally. By doing this you will be having a steady stream of links getting indexed frequently..

Go make a you tube video and list your website in the video description box. Google lists youtube videos in 10 min so your website will trigger the indexing process much faster. Submit your site to Digg, ping it, etc... You can speed up the process by getting backlinks from high page ranked sites.

It really isn't necessary to submit your article urls to google. Google will eventually pick up on it.
