Just read this nice article on blogs that turned their owners into millionaires. Nothing new I guess in terms of strategy. Build an audience through your writing, then sell a valuable product to the audience. Still a great reminder of when it works, what the reward can be. Herald Sun Article

    This is one of the best strategies to use to make money online.

    All while your building your brand and audience with your blog, you are also building your list (which we all know the famous quote "the money is in the list").

    But on the other hand, blogging does take a lot of hard work and time to start building a large following.

    In a nutshell, blogging = endlessly creating free quality content that you could otherwise charge for...

    Blogging offers one of the worst input vs. output (work vs. revenue) ratios of all possible Internet Marketing ventures. And this is a fact!

    Blogging is the one of the building blocks to start an IM career these days, you need somewhere that people can come to to see your content then eventually buy your products.

    Blogging does pay, but it just does not happen overnight. Firstly you need to have Epic content that engages visitors oozing with your personality. Couple that with some seo, guest blogging and other viral factors and you will soon have a profitable blog.
