Looking for a Social Media WP Plugin for Custom Post Types

I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find a social media Wordpress plugin that adds social media sharing to custom post types. Kind of like Sociable that lets users share each post to their social media accounts or like the post in Facebook or Retweet the post, etc.

Anyone know of one?

    I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but I use ShareThis: ShareThis - Get the Share Button

    Combined with a free plugin called Post Layout: WordPress › Post Layout « WordPress Plugins

    With this combo, it allows you to control which individual pages/posts you display share buttons on because they have the option to disable the post layout on idividual pages or posts.

    Copy the code into the head of your theme, then paste the sahre button code into the post layout.

    Just throwing it out there, it has been a good solution for me...
