Affiliate Operations Ideas

I'm very interested in automating my back office operations for my numerous niche sites. It takes a lot of time and effort to update articles, blogs, posts and emails and I'd like to find an automated solution. Is this a good idea and where can I find more information?

    Dave,

    Welcome to the forum.

Are you referring to having new content on your back office after someone buys from you?

You can actually hire someone to do all these tasks for you if you have the money.

What you can also do is to have other authors submit their content on your site. This would be done even when you are not there. The one negative thing is that if you do get these writers and authors to post on your blog, they will all probably include their website links.

I am not sure if this is what you want to do.

You can also hire someone to write articles and content for you for a fee. You can then manually add them yourself.

You could hire people that already know what is all about but they would try to use it for their profits and your niche websites might get penalized.

What I like to do is to train other people that don't really know how it works. For example, I know 2 girls that just finished the university and both of them got pregnant last year and now they have to stay home and take care of the little boys.

I trained them and now they write articles and post them to my websites and I pay them for doing it. I told them about how affiliate marketing works and they get 25% each of my affiliate income. I also explained them that I could track each affiliate link and pay them for the real sales they are making but since they are good friends they didn't want that because it might have caused problems (girls..best friends...uh).

I know them in real life, we are friends so there are less risks that hiring someone on the internet that I don't know. They write 2 articles each day for a total of 14 articles each week and they post them in the 10 blog niches they are taking care of.

Since I get between $300 and $500 at month for each niche blog, I get about $2000/month and they get $1000 each every month. Of course, I pay them that much because they are my friends, we go out together, I know their husbands but you could train someone and pay him/her a % of what you will sell from his posts or pay him for each article.

I take care about the aweber part, creating email sequence/broadcast messages but it doesn't take that much time

What I have found is that I like to write the content- it needs to be fresh and of high quality. I did try to get others to write some but found that I ended up rejecting it or re-writing myself anyway!

What I'm looking for is somewhere I can send my content and they manage its publications- to various article directories, blogs, emails, etc.

      Possible?

davecam, you can certainly do that. Most of the people, at least me has hired a seo guy who helps you out with all of that stuff. Ideally I think that would be the best fit as well in your case.
