Going to sell health e-book. .com gone. I healed myself with natural remedy.
XX (eg. asthma asthma) lots of searches. xx.com gone
Available: .eu, .biz, .org.uk, .net, .org, .uk.com, .sx, .co, .info
It will be global, so I thought .com would be best, so go for .uk.com?
Also, "X treatment", reasonable searches, though much lower then x or xx.
"XX treatment" no searches.
Would be nice to explain in the domain, what I'm offering.
If I get domain "xtreatment.uk.com", would that work for SEO? uk.com is all that is left.
Mind you, "treatment" suggests something medical. What I'm offering is a natural remedy, that reversed my condition.
Confused!

If you aren't getting the .com domain than buy the .net domain. Okay

Don't get an EMD, go for something more brand-able. You're not relying on organic traffic, are you??? If you are, don't expect to much mate.

By NOT going for an EMD, you can offer a larger variety of products and even start a blog on the domain, which can eventually turn into an authority site.

    Choose something simple and nice.

I wouldn't advise getting any other TLD if the .com or .net or .org of the same name are already registered; and especially if they have been for more than a year.
They will still your traffic fast, because as soon as people hit the search engines with the related keyword, they will probably come up first.

There are many sites that help finding alternatives with nouns and adjectives.
Some of them are nametumbler.com or nameboy.com

    Hope this helps.
