Which tracking tools have you used before? Prosper 202 works. Barring that, you could always use bitly or something like that for your traffic (so you know how many clicks and from where) and look at your commissions and manually keep track of all that in Excel or something.

I've used hypertracker, linktrackr, and Prosper 202..

      Tracking manually is very tough..

I've used Prosper 202 quite a bit, but recently switched to CPVLab which seems a bit more flexible and detailed. It should be since it is a paid tracking script.

You can do 90% of what you need with Prosper 202 and it's free.

If you're looking for platforms that concentrate mostly on tracking rank, your best bets are probably Serpbook dot com, Linkdex dot com, or GetStat dot com.
Serpbook will track 1000 keywords bi-hourly for $80/month, Linkdex does 5000 for $250/month and I'm not sure about GetStat.
These are limited to almost just keyword tracking though, and I don't think it's necessary to track all of your keywords twelve times a day. But if you're in a niche where you need to do that, check out those three first. There's always the client side software as well, but I've always had bad experiences with it.
