Handling Refunds for own product?

I'm creating a cheap OTO around the $7 range, but I'm afraid to go through with it because I have no idea how refunds work or how to handle customer service. Also, I suppose they would buy the ebook via PayPal...PayPal doesn't display my full name when someone is buying something from me does it? Sorry, I haven't bought something using PayPal in a while.

    Processing refunds via PayPal is simple. Just get the person's transaction ID or email, find their order and press the refund button.

    As for displaying your name...if you have a business account, they'll only show your business' name.

      When you refund the money via the Paypal refund interface, the credit for the transaction is factored in. The transaction zero's out: the purchaser gets the full purchase price back, and you don't get stuck with the transaction fee.

    Dont worry about refunds. Just create a phenomenal product and market it like a mad man. If you get 1 refund for every 20 sales... this is good in my eyes.
