A couple of questions first:

1. Where did you get your list from?

2. Do you know what your list members are interested in?

I suspect that you have bought the list, otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question. My experience, admittedly a long time ago but I expect it still holds true, is that bought lists of emails are either completely out of date or include members that will ignore your emails.

You could try targeting them with a giveaway report in the Make Money Fast niche, as a lot of people online have at least some interest in this! Ideally, though, you should at least have a broad idea what your members are interested in.

Find an offer to promote. Clickbank. Create your own product and promote. Affiliate sales. Etc etc.

If you're just looking to promote affiliate products then you need to get the balance correct.

Mix good quality emails packed with cool information along side promotional affiliate emails.

Just test to see what works best and don't allow your list to go COLD!

You are scraping addresses from the internet and want to send them unsolicited promotional emails?

Not a good idea if that is your plan. The US has spam laws that you need to be aware of.

Actually, there are consequences even for them. If the mail server they are using gets fair amount of spam reports, other servers won't accept emails from this server ("somewhere in Tunisia") any more. This is why it is always good not just to delete spam messages, but hit the "Report as spam" button.

Maybe try building your own legit list. Just give away some product for free for an opt-in.
Otherwise just send them e-mail swipes from the affiliate products.

You won't. Nobody wants your emails because nobody wants spam in their inbox. If you have any aspirations of one day earning a full time income online - you should dump those email addresses. I promise you - this road you are taking is seriously wasting your time... time that should be used far more wisely.

If you spam your list with junk, soon you will have no member subscribing to you.

For email marketing to work efficiently you need to know a few things:

First you need to know the interest of your subscribers.

Secondly, you don't have to bombard them daily or with junks and look like a real spammer. Once, in a while you can engage them in thoughtful conversation and mails, this will help to gain their trust and always look unto you for things of interest.

Thirdly, do you share these list? If you do it's going to be a mess soon, get yours..

This isn't email marketing, its just spamming people. Your conversions will be awful. You need to build a genuine list and talk to people rather than just sending them offers in the hope of making sales. I wouldn't even bother.

Building a list takes a lot of work. You first secure an autoresponder, then you create messages to promote things, then you build a squeeae page, or visa versa, then you advertise your squeeze page. You need to watch a good course on list building. Search for a free list building course in google or you can probably pick up a free one in the make money free ebook section if you hunt around.

The best and the quick way to use your list is to go for Solo Ads. You charge people for sending out emails relevant to the products they offer

You can use Permission Based E-mail technique, is where people have requested you to send mail to them.
You will not upset anyone one of them since they have given you "permission to send them email. You also build a strong relationship/rapport with your customer.
