Blown away by great customer service!

I don't do this often but I just had to say that I love Host Gator for hosting!!! They give the best customer service. I deal with many hosting companies on a weekly basis... none of them can hold a candle to host gator. There customer service and technical support is top-notch!! They offer the support that other hosts will charge you for, for free. I even have a great time talking with their reps on the phone, by the end of the call we are practically friends. They go above and beyond!!

It may sound like I am being paid to promote them but I am not(however if they send me a check I will not decline it lol). The thing is tho, people in general, myself included only criticize when we are done wrong but don't praise when someone does good by us. Host Gator def deserves it!!! I recommend them to my clients, friends and anyone else looking for hosting.

    I'll contribute by saying Namecheap has the best support I've ever dealt with from a hosting company ever. 24/7 and it's free.

    I've had nothing but great customer service and pretty quick response on the phone by Bluehost.. I love them.. I guess these companies are really doing a great job with customer service. Awesome!

    Hostgator have been great for my shared hosting accounts. For VPS/dedicated servers I always recommend Beyond Hosting, and I haven't had any trouble with Namecheap for domain

      I definitely agree that support is the most important thing. In my experience Hostgator and Bluehost are equally good with support. I also find the Hostgator support forum really helpful as it often has the answer I'm looking for if I have a problem that isn't urgent.

        I have always found with HostGator is that when I ask how to do something (it took me a while to get my head round the setup of my VPS), they usually do it first and then explain how they did it.

        Not every host I've used in the past has been that helpful.

    I use HostGator and NameCheap, but haven't had to use customer support, yet. Good to know what to expect. I think customer service is eventually what sets you apart. Maybe a small price difference, but all-in-all, I think customer service that is so good people talk about it is really what sets one business apart from the rest.

    Yeah man, I feel it. I love Hostgator, their customer service is really responsive I remember I had a backup problem and they fixed it within an hour. They're the best <3 never really had a problem with them.
