I need help promoting amazon successfully

Hello, I've tinkered with affiliate marketing off and on for years and I've never had much success, however I still strongly believe it can work for me. I've decided to concentrate solely on being an amazon affiliate. Any tips were sure be appreciated. Thanks very much, Cory

    2 tips.

    #1 - Use the search function up top. Click on 'advanced search,' and search thread titles for 'amazon.'

    #2 - Check out Strayblogger.com (not my site). Nate's pretty cool, successful, and can help you with Amazon marketing, Kindle, and IM.

    I don't know what type of traffic you're planning on using, but keep in mind that Amazon pays out NET-60. That means you get paid your earnings for January at the end of March, so cashflow can become a problem if you're using paid traffic sources (plus the low commission rate can make getting a decent ROI hard).

    The great thing about Amazon is the unexpected sales you get, especially during the Christmas period, so get started as soon as possible.

    Honestly receiving 5% on a product is enough for me to never touch it. $100 sale you receive $5. Huh? Why have you focused on selling Amazon products? You cannot do paid traffic. You will need to focus on SEO which is a complex ever changing method to sell Amazon for free. Good luck in this low commission low compensation journey. My suggestion is to sell information. Your earning potential will skyrocket when you make that decision.
