Malaysian Warriors - Tax Questions

I wish to know if you declare your income from IM with LHDN (Inland Revenue.)

Are the income taxable?
But if the income made from IM is not stable, how do you declare it?

What are the difference if I register a company name and made all IM activities using the company name vs everything using my personal name?

Please assist.

Well first off I looked at your profile and there is no location.

Every county has it's own tax laws.

You need to be more specific about which countries laws you're asking about.

As a general rule all income is taxable.

If you don't claim income then you don't get the benefits of qualifying for credit etc.

Sorry Steve! Don't find where I can change that in my profile. My county is in the subject line actually. Malaysia.

Check with your tax agent, and if you don't have one, then find one.

PS: Personally I do declare my income.
