Hi fellow warriors, What to do with the users who didn't reply with a review, and send them the link also I see they downloaded the content through statistics.
All the best.

There really isn't much you can do. If somebody doesn't want to review something
they won't. Sometimes they'll say they will but then something comes up.
Sometimes they say it just to get the product for free.

You can send them a friendly reminder via email but don't expect miracles.

Maybe they are doing you a favor.

If I hated your offer, you better bet that you would not want me posting my review of your offer in public.

Not much; they tend not to even do you the courtesy of a quick "Thanks for the free product, sucker!" message.

Did your promise them something in return for a review? If your offer is so good, they will come telling you how good it is... can't really do anything at this point.. bugging them may lead to worst situation..

If you know which ones downloaded it and didn't provide the review, you can send them a friendly reminder. After that, you can always mention that you're sending Luigi and the boys round to "remind them to pay more attention in future".

Not much, unfortunately. Bill makes a good point, above: the ones who didn't want to comment may not have liked it.

In future, you can always restrict review copies to "members with over 200 posts", "members with 2+ years membership" or whatever other criteria you want to try, or you can look up their posts, see who they are and whether they're people of whom anyone's likely to take any notice, and so on. (I often see a succession of one-paragraph reviews from people I've never heard of at all. Guess how much weight they carry, when I'm "shopping"?).

It's not a perfect system, but then again, most of your potential paying customers probably feel that reviews from people who haven't bought, paid for and used the product/service aren't really worth anything anyway, so your real "loss" here is perhaps very much less than it feels, at the moment?

If they actually bought your product and you are looking for a review, follow up with them and ask them to review it for you.

If you follow up with them for let's say 4-8 times and they don't reply back to you, I would move on.

Or maybe they are too lazy to even respond to you.

Ask them why they didn't review. Some of them may have forgotten. Others may have been too busy to go over the product. Life gets in the way. It happens.

But the ones you really want to find are the ones who think your product is crap and don't want their name associated with it. They can help you improve your product. Each one of those would have been a refund or bad review by a paying customer.

They won't say anything if you don't ask, because all they get back from most product vendors is insults and profanity. I don't get why someone says "Please tell me what you think of my product" and then gets mad if you say "This product makes me want to vomit. The next time I eat too many burritos and get diarrhoea I am going to print it out so I can wipe my arse with it." I mean, the whole reason you asked me was to see what your customers are going to say, right? I don't see the point in sending me a product just so I can say "I loved it. It was much better than Cats. I did it again and again." when your customers are just going to think it's crap in a hat.

I would ask people I know for a review, or groups. Get in a group where people do reviews for each other. I'm in a few private groups on Facebook, so there's always someone I could ask.
