You can simply create your own landing page and add your own opt-in form to capture leads. Once the lead enters his or her info and clicks submit; you can redirect them to the merchant's offer page. You'll need a solutions such as Aweber or Getresponse to do this.

As far as "email submit" offers for the dating niche... typically dating offers require much more than just the completion of an email field. Even the "free signup" offers require the completion of multiple fields. However, I think ihookup has an offer that only requires username, email and password; but subscribers still have to confirm their emails in order for you to get paid.

    • Set up a squeeze page, then after opting in have them redirected to your offer.
    • Set up a follow up sequence to push them offers to make additional conversions.

The first thing you will need is to get your own website. I don't know if you already have that.

2nd, you will need to work with an auto-responder company such as Getresponse.com or Aweber.com.

If you are not familiar with how to set this up, there are courses online that teach you how to set up a squeeze page. Hence, you can hire someone here in this forum to build one for you.

Once you've set up your own lander (to capture the email), you can also use a prepop for the offer sometimes (not all offers support this). In other words, you can put the email in the field for them when you send them to the offer and all they have to do is hit submit. Takes a bit of PHP knowledge, but not a whole lot.
