INTERNET MARKETING

Ihave recently started a forum MD - Modern Dignity Forums and am stuck in marketing it.Anybody to give me ideas on what to do to get more visitors and high traffic
please your ideas are welcome and i'll appreciate much

  That would be a good idea but you need to find out if they allow this.
  
  I am not sure if the warrior forum allows signature links that go out to other forums.
  
  That would be a good place to start.
  
  What you can also do is to create your own newsletter and have people opt into it. Then send them informative emails. Include your forum link in every email and you will start to see signups from that strategy too.

You can promote your forum on social media and build a fan page. That way, you can build a following which will later on turn into a culture and community. Also, if you have an email list, send them an email informing them about your forum and tell them to invite others as well.

Send all traffic to a landing page with a single field opt-in, then get them to signup and be active on your forum from there. Much easier.

  If I saw the link "Modern Dignity Forum" I wouldn't have any desire to investigate what it was.
  
  One suggestion to get more traffic would be to choose a name that is something others would want to visit. Make it enticing or authoritative or descriptive of what the forum is all about.

You have a Facebook group so what about driving traffic to the facebook group through Facebook ads! The traffic will be extremely targeted which is exactly what you need. Getting random traffic is not going to help you. Also what about a cheap bannner ad that you could place on someone elses blog. Go to buy sell ads etc. Keep it up!

i think you need to do little bit seo for your forum , like search engine submission etc . after that your forum is searchable in google, bing..
then real visitor will come in your forum

  grab all the free marketing/traffic reports from the WSO and make money sections of this forum (you will need to sign up to lists but worth it) you will learn all you need to know about free traffic.
  
  Alternately there is a lot more info in the warroom if you want to really learn free marketing tactics its a small one time fee

  free article marketing
  how to bookmark free
  free press releases
  free video marketing
  free classified marketing
  free rss marketing
  etc you get the idea

Well you can market your forum on other markets social networks try to get atleast 5 of your friends to start using it and find content from different websites give them a credit for their content than discuss over that issue and other people will join as well and you'r content will appear in search as well

Be active at top social networks and do not forget to add your link on your about me section. Social media are a great place for marketing and advertising so leverage from their web traffic. Create promotional videos about your forum and distribute them on top video sites.

Write a compelling article and press release about your new forum and submit them online. All these are free and great ways for you to kick start and get the word out about your new forum on the web today.
