Posting RSS Feed Directories

Is it still a good idea to post my feeds to rss feed directories and which ones are good? Or does that no longer work?

    Why not, people visit feed directories looking for RSS feeds to subscribe to, every little bit helps I would think.

    I wouldn't bother with submitting to really low quality directories. This can hurt you and get you an unnatural linking penalty, especially if you submit to many of them.
