How do you use your smartphone to make your job easier?

Beside from the emailing and phone calling, how do you use your smartphone to make your job easier?

Any Internet marketing apps you use?

  • I have an android phone. I use SunCallRecorder (free in Google Play Store) to record all my phone calls. I do coaching calls with clients and then upload them into the members area as mp3 files. I tried several other apps, but this was the only one that worked for me.

Hey Chris...I had the same attitude about smart phones until recently. It wasn't until I owned one that I realized that I was holding myself back. It's not possible to see how truly valuable they would be to you without you using them first.

The Internet is evolving and these phones are not only taking over things that most people do on computers, but there are new possibilities that don't translate directly to computer users.

I don't think these phones will replace computers, but they are certainly something that is here to stay. Why not enjoy the ride?

I just use while i'm on the go to watch out for Skype conversations and e-mails so I can reply to them in a timely manner.

If only the rest of the people I've met thus far on the forum would do the same rather than taking days or weeks to respond -_-

I recently got a galaxy note2. It's invaluable. Near complete mobile office.

The s-pen allows me to jot down notes, even while browsing/emailing/talking on phone/videocalling. I can sketch diagrams, mindmaps, collect signatures for agreements/CC charges etc...

the voice input is incredibly fast and accurate. I can do voice commands for everything, dictate text for texts, emails, documents etc...

multitasking with 2 windows open simultaneously.

screen is large enough for client demos.

    calendars/scheduling/mobile CRM

    can print anything from it.

    it's endless.

Springpad is similar to Evernote (which I also use) and they are both amazing tools. I have a few note taking apps on my iPad, but I normally use the notes app when I need to type something quite lengthy.

I use my smartphone (and sometimes my iPad) to write down notes and start writing articles in which to publish on my sites. I could be driving, walking, jogging anything and an idea might pop into my head - that's where Evernote usually comes in handy when working on a laptop a smartphone an iPad and in and out of the office etc - a way to organise your writing across several machines and devices.

Also there's an app to run all sorts of areas in IM now, Facebook, twitter, hoot suite, hubpages, tumblr, Pinterest, analytical and Adsense.

I use Google Calendar to organize my time. Whilst working on the PC I have the Calendar open on the smart phone so at the touch of a button I can see, how much time I have left for this activity and what I am going to be doing next.

I also use it for posting blog posts whilst traveling which can include video, audio etc.
